Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Customers

Ordering Process:

a. All orders must be placed through this website or directly via email to hello@ettaloves.com.

b. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Etta Loves Ltd.

Payment:

a. Payment for orders must be made in full prior to delivery, unless alternative payment terms have been pre-agreed upon by both parties.

b. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or a bank transfer. Please contact us if you require an alternative payment method.

Delivery:

a. Delivery charges will be applied to all orders under £500, unless otherwise specified.

b. Etta Loves Ltd aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours, however, delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

c. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and Replacements:

a. Damaged goods must be reported to hello@ettaloves.com within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by relevant photographic evidence.

b. Etta Loves Ltd will provide a replacement for damaged goods reported within the stipulated timeframe, subject to verification.

Product Usage and Distribution:

a. Products purchased from Etta Loves Ltd are intended for resale by authorised wholesale customers only.

b. Multi-packs must not be split and sold separately unless prior written consent has been obtained from Etta Loves Ltd.

c. The resale of Etta Loves Ltd products on third-party platforms without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, pertaining to Etta Loves Ltd products remain the sole property of Etta Loves Ltd.

b. Wholesale customers are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing Etta Loves Ltd's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Confidentiality:

a. Wholesale customers agree to keep confidential all information provided by Etta Loves Ltd, including but not limited to pricing, product details, and business strategies.

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

Amendments:

a. Etta Loves Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
